Extraction and freeze-drying operate as one controlled route from roasted coffee to finished granule.
Recover the cup.
Multi-stage counter-current extraction, aroma recovery and automated process control capture the soluble character that matters.
Lock the structure.
Coffee concentrate is frozen at approximately −40°C to −50°C, creating the structure required for freeze-drying.
Remove only water.
Moisture leaves under vacuum by sublimation, producing porous granules designed for aroma expression and ready solubility.
